Yes, you will have the same cleaner have time. We will only send another cleaner on agreement with the client if your regular cleaner is on holiday, sick or in an event of a emergency.
We advice the client to have their own cleaning products at hand, the cleaner will provide a cleaning list of products that she will use on weekly basis.
No, we won't bring any material, the cleaner will use the hoover and any other material that belongs to the client, such as buckets, mops, cloths and brooms. The cleaner will provide a list of necessary materials in case the client don't have them so they can purchase them in due time.
Yes, we wouldn't hire no one without being fully vetted.
